For example, the extra money for the current helicopter lines (notably keeping open an assembly line near St. Louis that would otherwise reach end-of-life), which seems to cast doubt over the future of the newer copters that (in theory) will avoid some of the problems that the Blackhawks, et al., are having in real life.
Not to mention the $4 Million going to a nature walk near one Senator's home base.
